Fix includes for OpenBSD -current

remove patch from README, this was committed a while ago

works on the skylake hp chromebook 13

tested on:
vga1 at pci0 dev 2 function 0 "Intel HD Graphics 5300" rev 0x09

this requires that the kernel allow simultaneous opening of
/dev/xf86 since Xorg will probably have it open already
