macropad w/ PumagregOS#

this project is where i keep a copy of my macropad code which is very much a work in progress which i take 3-year breaks from lol.

• 2023-03-02 new array of pad layout labels to change the display when the encoder is rotated (which i now listen for); new 2nd pad layout for navigation and arithmetic
• 2023-03-02 initial upload, where i have the numpad set very simply

todo#

• figure out glyphs because i want my pad layouts to show arrows, for example
• go through more docs to see what libraries i should be using instead
• do something cool with the LEDs, it's boring when they're off unless i hit a key
