feat: install Cider-2 declaratively
Currently using an app-image but Cider-2 in nixpkgs has caught up to
latest stable, no reason to not use it.
fix: Install Noto CJK for Cider
Cider does not come with a chinese/japanese/korean font so we need one
and Noto looks nice
