1.7.0: Translucency and Blur

For Firefox/Librewolf v130

Features added:
- Background of Navbar, Sidebery, findbar, statuspanel, urlbar and Bookmark bar are slightly blurred and translucent (when floating if relevant)
- Move Findbar to the top (with an option to move it back)
- Enable transparent tabs by default (so Sidebery can have a translucent bg)
- Use Firefox color background image is provided
- Make background of empty (loading) web content the same as the newtab bg if `uc.tweak.translucency` isn't enable
- Add shadow around web content
- Better positioning for screenshot tool
- Add margin to bookmark bar to match navbar
- Floating navbar's uses the available width better
- Bookmark bar floats below floating navbar instead of being hidden
