Noir#

Noir is a minimal incremental UI library.

Noir is a React-like, and offers an API that is virtually identical to that of post-hooks React. It features an asynchronous (time-sliced and interruptible) engine similar to React's Fiber engine. A simple scoped CSS implementation is also included.

Noir is designed to be fast and small. It has zero dependencies.
