build: version bumping broken #20

When a build is published (with ATFILE_DEVEL_ENABLE_PUBLISH=1 ./atfile.sh build), at://<did>/self.atfile.latest/self is supposed to be updated to reflect the current build but this doesn't seem to happen anymore.
