scroll restoration on post pages are broken #25

probably caused by questionable perf boost for navigation to home page and idk its probably better to just turn it off entirely? or maybe turn on tanstack-router-keepalive for all routes and have each route perserve its own scroll position ? that seems wasteful? eh tanstack-router-keepalive provides the hooks to manually manage and remove unused kept-alive routes. idk bsky social-app can get away with storing all routes in the dom
