bug: user created commits still counts deleted repos #434

Commits made in a repository that gets deleted later still counts on the "created X commits" in the user activity. This is incoherent with the "created X repositories" which decreases when a repository is deleted.

The expected behavior would be that the commits get deducted when the repository is deleted.
