use DIDs in the "Clone this repository" pop-up #418

when someone changes their handle, all remotes end up breaking due to lack of redirects for username changes. this results in [me] having to go to someone's profile to get the did, manually replace the handle with the did in the uri, then actually clone the repo/update remote.

the simple fix is to offer links with the did immediately in the pop-up
