basically, title. allow me to change my profile picture without using another third-party client

this has been implemented in https://tangled.org/tangled.org/core/commit/1a682db33b20ef4f95a43964cef4d3cd14dea9b6 and will be deployed soon!

you can now change profile pictures! just head to tangled.org/<your handle> and upload an image.
