bug: permissions are broken on a few repos #393

A few months ago I noticed I couldn't access the Settings tab on a bunch of my repos on this account and also @comet.sh. They're on my own self-hosted knot, and looking at the acl table in knotserver.db I see all the permissions seem to be correct on my side, so I suspect this is some problem on the appview side.

More recently created repos don't have this problem.

alright, have restored permissions for all repos, let me know if everything is in order!

did:web:comet.sh is the owner of atex, site, comet and drinkup
ovyerus.com is a collaborator on did:web:comet.sh/atex and did:web:comet.sh/site
ovyerus.com is the owner of dotfiles
