We are already redirecting tangled.org/core to tangled.org/tangled.org/core. Let's expand this further and make it as default behavior for *.tngl.sh user handles.

Similar to how *.bsky.social redirects to bsky.app/profile/*.bsky.social.

Now all users using tangled PDS can have shorter go package name like tangled.org/core.

I love the idea, this is one place where having a bsky.social or tngl.sh username would be better than having a custom domain 😅

If someone use a custom domain for their handle, I assume they'd probably be capable of setting some CF rules on their own, so maybe we can provide a guide to make that manual setup easier :)

Yes yes, one can/has to manually do that and I agree on providing a guide, though it depends on the stack they use (not everyone uses Cloudflare).

brilliant idea! when we setup "tangled pages", we could even include a special case for their pages repo which can point to the rendered pages.

Also, https://*.tngl.sh should navigate to tangled user profile page (https://tangled.org/*.tngl.sh).
