Use darker colour background for the repo code download popup #301

The popup is currently the same colour as the background in both modes and, at least for me, is hard to parse.

The site background colour seems like a good fit, but I think it'd look a bit strange. :3

would be best to implement this with the popover API and use a background-filter.
