unable to upload an empty site #21

when kicking off a site without any content (hitting the create empty site button on https://wisp.place/onboarding), i get this error:

Upload failed: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

hitting skip for now works just fine however!

should be fixed now
