- Add run.sh to orchestrate cloning, updating, and committing repos
- Fix url stanza to use src: with git+ prefix per opam spec
- Include git SHA in url for reproducible builds
- Handle .git directories to avoid submodule issues
- Rename output directory to opam-mono-repo
- Auto-commit and push changes to vendor and opam-repository
