Build fails at ./mach bootstrap --skip-lints #1

I've followed all the steps under Building, but then this happens:

~/git/browser.html/source$ ./mach bootstrap --skip-lints
./mach: 29: exec: uv: not found

Running Linux Mint 21. If uv is another prerequisite it should be mentioned.
