The only errors that can be raised now are when a network connection fails, or PLC is down, or when the data is returned in an invalid format, which shouldn't happen because PLC theoretically validates that. Errors from weird alsoKnownAs entries or service endpoint URIs are ignored now.

URI::HTTP#origin was added in 0.11.0 / Ruby 3.1
is_known_by_relay? doesn't work anymore, because relays are now non-archival and they expose almost no xrpc routes. account_exists? has been superseded by account_status.
