* use iframely for web metadata + embeds
* use hash again
Basically prefetch on hover or pointer down
It seems better? purely anecdotally from looking at the docs
In order to handle reparenting blocks while preserving factID. I'm not
sure why we do this tbh, but it can't hurt!
