feat: custom phrases dictionary #60

The 'custom post word' option should be replaced with a 'custom word dictionary' feature/settings screen where you can set a 'find' and a 'replace' (plus plural version) of a phrases. maybe also allow custom regex, and an option for if that find query should focus on user-generated contents (AND), app interface (NOT), or both (OR).

Some default suggestions should be available, like:

• in the ui, find 'post' and replace with skeet, toot, note, woot, or silly.
• in contents, find "AI" and replace with "cocaine" (like Wafrn)
• everywhere, find "Follower" and replace with 'crazy person/people'

Any suggestions should also have localized versions, at least for the 'find' strings.
