bluesky's cdn will take a gif avatar and convert it into a static jpeg. this ruins animated profile pictures like esm's! (PDSls bsky profile link)
Witchsky needs a CDN (only for avatars tho) that supports animated avatars (and maybe the client would have a toggle to only show them on hover?), converting them into the most optimized and best supported (across Android, iOS, and the web) image format. Maybe AVIF, WebP, or PNG/APNG.
