5v2.15.4 addressing the security issues CVE-2019-1348, CVE-2019-1349,
6CVE-2019-1350, CVE-2019-1351, CVE-2019-1352, CVE-2019-1353,
7CVE-2019-1354, and CVE-2019-1387; see the release notes for those
8versions for details.

10In addition, `git fsck` was taught to identify `.gitmodules` entries
11of the form `submodule.<name>.update=!command`, which have been
12disallowed in v2.15.4.
